Your generated images are stored on our secure servers hosted by Convex. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

Image generation is powered by Replicate, which may temporarily process the photos you upload and the images we generate during the generation process.

We do not use your photos or generated images to train AI models, and we never sell them. Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate your headshots. You can delete your images and account at any time from Settings.

6. Data Retention

Your uploaded source photos are deleted automatically once a headshot has been generated from them — we don't keep raw selfies around.

Free preview generations on an account that has never made a purchase are automatically deleted after 14 days. Generations tied to a purchase are retained for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to maintain backups, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

You may request deletion of your generated images at any time through your account settings.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Australia. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
